I did ladder set 25 to 200 then 200 to 25metres about 1800 metres i think it totals up to..the pool was awash with not only HEADUP BREASTROKERS!!!! but also HEADUP FREESTYLERS...????WHAT????i was lucky to do the distance i did...i think these were the annual new years resolutioners that tend to fade away soon(thanks be to god most high)anyone else get a swim in???

I usually do kicking and drills during a workout and not usually so much freestyle. Just felt like it that day. Tomorrow I will do an IM workout and Friday a breaststroke workout. They will be less yardage in 60 minutes - about 2700.

Hey Sparx35, ...weren't you once a beginner too ? ....A newbie reading your post might feel rather unmotivated by the headup remarks ... I did make the pool today and completed 2500
