Way to go, TG! I did a 1000 fly back in the spring as I was training for Nats, but haven't done much fly at all since then. I'm picking it back up in January and will definitely give this a shot in the spring! Thanks habu987! I haven't done 1000 fly yet. I'll get on that :)

Hey TG...I'm going to be doing a couple solo practices at the Y this week, since my club team kids are all heading over to the Wash. State Sr. Champs meet this weekend. Any suggestions???...not that I'll follow instructions very well.

Maybe you guys should try this during this fine winter season: Snow butterfly swimming - in continental regions of Croatia (Mario Gajski style - Našice) - YouTube Butterfly in the snow anyone :afraid:? You don't even need a sled! Just a big dose of insanity!
