Butterfly, beautiful to watch, difficult to train.
We SDK off every wall.
We're most likely to smack hands with each other and those beside us.
Fly's fun to sprint but no fun when the piano comes down

Watch sickfish vs. Swimosaur as each demonstrates conclusively why he should NOT be swimming the 2 fly! Much merriment for the crowd ...
I don't know about sickfish, but you are better at fly than you would have us to believe! :applaud: Just be happy I only signed up for the 400 IM, rather than the 200 fly this time around. My 200 would definitely put the crowd to :bed:.
Maybe you guys should try this during this fine winter season:
Snow butterfly swimming - in continental regions of Croatia (Mario Gajski style - Našice) - YouTube
Butterfly in the snow anyone :afraid:? You don't even need a sled! Just a big dose of insanity!
That is way cool looking. He had pretty good form.I wonder how it would be with a real slope. There are several ski areas near Seattle TG could try.
I can spell it! :agree: Hey, ekw, how about it? Are you in? :cheerleader:
Maybe next year. I have to attend this clinic first: ANNOUNCING...73 meter Butterfly Clinic !!! - U.S. Masters Swimming Discussion Forums
I will be demonstrating a similar system during the 200 fly in Atlanta this Saturday. I'll also be including the rarely-duplicated "take six breaths on every turn" strategy. Don't miss it!
I will postpone my warmdown after the 100 back in order to attend!
As my good deed for the day, I found the missing characters from your post and returned them to you free of charge.
Thanks! I meant to say:
Next time it snows here, I, shrewish, penitent me, will do it - on video.
I'm in, though it's like asking someone who's regularly eating meat/potato "Hey, what about eating meat/potato before end of year?" lol
:applaud: We now have RX, Yosemite, you, and me. I am going to recover from tomorrow's meet (400 IM; 50-100-200 breaststroke, 400 free, and 2 relays) before I swim my 1000. I will probably swim it on the 22nd or 23rd. :chug:

*cough*
My backlog consists of a 6000 IM, 30x100 backstroke on 1:20, Elaine's 1000 fly challenge, and a 1650 fly.
tomorrow's meet (400 IM; 50-100-200 breaststroke, 400 free, and 2 relays) before I swim my 1000.
Swim fast tomorrow! (Also goes for sickfish, swimosaur, ekw, Skip Thompson, and all the people that I intentionally omitted)

Sorry, That Guy :bighug: ; I didn't realize you were planning on swimming your entire backlog before the year ends! Welcome to the December 2012 1,000 Flyers Club! :cheerleader:
As for tomorrow, I'll try! :bolt:

I might not get to the whole backlog before the end of the year, but since your challenge turns back into a pumpkin on January 1, I will be sure to do it before then :chug:
