I did ladder set 25 to 200 then 200 to 25metres about 1800 metres i think it totals up to..the pool was awash with not only HEADUP BREASTROKERS!!!! but also HEADUP FREESTYLERS...????WHAT????i was lucky to do the distance i did...i think these were the annual new years resolutioners that tend to fade away soon(thanks be to god most high)anyone else get a swim in???

12x100 on 2:00 3 of each stroke 50 smooth/10 sec. rest/50 sprint
10x25 sculling drills :45
2x500 pull 6:30
a few starts
200 warm down.

Should be a great game. Hockey is a great sport - although being from Pittsburgh originally, this has been a tough season....
But things are looking up lately!:)
