I did ladder set 25 to 200 then 200 to 25metres about 1800 metres i think it totals up to..the pool was awash with not only HEADUP BREASTROKERS!!!! but also HEADUP FREESTYLERS...????WHAT????i was lucky to do the distance i did...i think these were the annual new years resolutioners that tend to fade away soon(thanks be to god most high)anyone else get a swim in???

Won't get a work out in today 'cuz I'm going to the Wings/Avs game tonight!!! :D
Last nite we did:
1200 warm up
10x50 fly kick on back with fins :45
10x50 back kick " "
10x50 Fr. kick w/fins :40
12x100 on 2:00 3 of each stroke 50 smooth/10 sec. rest/50 sprint
10x25 sculling drills :45
2x500 pull 6:30
a few starts
200 warm down.
Fun little workout :)
