How do you swim in a 14 yard pool? That's barely enough for a flip, streamline and a few good strokes. You must have the world's best flip turn with all that practice.
Remember, I'm swimming in a 14 yard Pool
26 lap warm up 1/2 free 1/2 ***
24 lap sprint Alternating stroke
2 min. rest
30 lap alt. kick
30 lap cool down all free
total yardage 1540
Pool temp 76 BRRRRRR!!!!!
I don't because the crappy pool that I swim in does not have any lines painted in the bottom and is all one color.(Can't see the wall, ouch.) Also has poor lighting. Thats the best you can expect in northern PA.
Well James, I don't know where in northern PA, but there are some big rivers there - Allegheny, Susquehanna (East and West) and of course the Delaware. Hope you don't mind a little bit of ice!
Seriously, if you are near State College, Penn State has great pools in the Nat.
Well Scancy, i live about twenty minutes from where the Allegheny starts and when I drive by it on Friday, I'll see how it's flowin'. But for now i will use my crappy pool.:D By the way, I'm going to be in Penn State on 2-25 for a meeting. think I might get some pool time.
