Natalie COUGHLIN broke the 100 SCY FREE AMERICAN RECORD on
Sun 12/4/2011 at the Georgia Fall Invitational
46.84 broke her own record from 2007 by 1/100th

Kate Ledecky, 14 of Curl-Burke, broke 2 13-14 NAG yards records at the
5th Annual National Age Group Team Challenge held at the Germantown Indoor Swim Center Nov 12-13.
She broke a 33-year-old record in the 500 freestyle 4:35.14 held by Sippy Woodhead from 1978 4:39.94
Then she went 9:29.81 in the 1,000 free breaking Michelle Richardson's 9:33.39, from 1984
Katie has OT cuts in the 100, 200, 400 and 800 free & will definitely be one to watch at trials.

He managed a 21.5 last summer
Any guesses for what Dressel will go in his 100 SCY at Conf & NCAAs and his 50 & 100 LCM at trials?
At 2015 NCAAs in the 100 FR Dressel only made the B final & got 11th with a 42.46
He should be able to take out his
100 FR in 19.2 to 19.49 & bring it home in at least 21.2 to 21.49
giving him a range of 40.4 to 40.99
what i find most perplexing is that he only went 18.41 with a relay start. his slowest swim of the day.
granted, i have never had 3 swims (or even 1) at faster than the american record so i have no idea how tired he could have been.
The official results aren't up, so I don't have the exact times,but at the Oregon City SCM pool (which has a 3 ft shallow end) Bob Strand broke the WR in the 200 BR 70-74 by about 10 sec. In the same heat Mike Freshley broke the 75-79 WR.

These times would already make her a pretty desirable college swimmer, and she just turned 14.
Is there race video up anywhere? The last time I saw video of her backstroke she wasn't using any SDKs. I wonder if that is still true.
