My perfect Masters workout is whatever our lovely coach puts on the board. He is really great and everyday there is something new. I am very very lucky.
It sure takes the thinking out of my swimming. I just have to think about how I am swimming not what I have to swim.

Drive to pool for 5 AM practice. Put on suit and get kickboard and fins from the closet. Toe-test the pool water. Go sit in the hot tub for 15 minutes. Shower and leave:wiggle:

:eek: With my three swimmers swimming around here, my Geek grunting and tinkering with improving FreeBSD, my neurotic Arabian mare pestering the other horses, I do not have the time to scroll through to look for perfect Masters workout, where do I find one so I can copy off of it every morning?
