The perfect masters workout?

500 free 400 IM drill 300 back 200 *** 100 choice 6 x 175 100 on 2:00, 50 on 1:00, 25 on 30 200 warm down The only thing missing is more fly....:)

    Drive to pool for 5 AM practice. Put on suit and get kickboard and fins from the closet. Toe-test the pool water. Go sit in the hot tub for 15 minutes.
