500 free 400 IM drill 300 back 200 *** 100 choice 6 x 175 100 on 2:00, 50 on 1:00, 25 on 30 200 warm down The only thing missing is more fly....:)

    My perfect Masters workout is whatever our lovely coach puts on the board. He is really great and everyday there is something new. I am very very lucky. It sure takes the thinking out of my swimming. I just have to think about how I am swimming not what I have to swim. Katie
