I need several one hour workouts for swimmers at the high school level for my team practices start in 2 weeks so anything you could give me would be great. I really want things specific for each stroke so each swimmer can have their own workout plan.

I have read over several of the given workouts and I was wanting something a little more fun and less advanced for those easy nights. The ones are good for the nights I want to push but for the easy nights I wanted more fun individual workouts. Any ideas for high school level competetors.

Iwould look for workouts in the 3,000 yard range, or pair the yardage down from some longer programs.

It's a very useful site... I was also looking for some preseason workouts for myself and came across this thread. I use it whenever I'm out of ideas for new workouts :blush:
