I need some input from freestyle lap or competitive swimmers

ok so first can you tell me ur best 100 free time in yards or meters short course.
secondly, what time do you hold on about 10x100 frees at cruising pace (a little faster than warm up pace but not much), on an interval of around 2:00 (plenty of rest). on the 100s u should be feeling good, no pain.
for example, my best 100 free time in short course yards is 59 seconds, and i hold 1:34's on 100 frees on 2:00 in a 25 meter pool.
thanks again

Best time to date in yards is 0:52.

If I understand this, 10 x 100s free on the 2:00? If so, I guess 1:02-1:05. Fast, but not all-out practice sprinting.

My times are in yards.
What are you planning on doing with this information? Are you cooking up something big?
yes im cooking up something big ;D
based on the info from this forum, and a couple of others, i was able to create a some what accurate function, where (x,y) = (cruise pace in yards for 100free, race pace in yards for 100free).
this is pretty accurate....except when u go above 100 seconds for warm up pace, and down to 30 seconds for warm up pace(but come on...that's barely imaginable)...the interval for this graph is between 0 and 60
here is the function (drum role please):
y=-((.1x-9.5)^squared)+60
if u have a ti-84 u can use that to graph, if not, all u have to do is plug in ur warm up pace in yards for x, and solve for y...easy as pie...
tell me what u guys think!!
(btw the only way this works is if u actually know ur warm up pace....generally ur warm up pace or cruise pace is just a bit slower than ur T-30 pace....aka a pace that doesn't hurt, but feels good)
100 SCY = 54.00
i'd consider a 2:00/ 100yd interval to be a speed set and would try to keep them around 1:00 (fast with lots of rest)
otherwise, i'd try to hold my SPL to 11 or 12 and hit 1:10's

I'm having trouble reading your formula. I think the first term (everything to the left of the plus sign) is always
1) best 100 free time in yards or meters short course
ever: 44.7 in 1985
recent: 48.8 scy 54.6 scm
2) what time do you hold on about 10 x 100 frees at cruising pace
(a little faster than warm up pace but not much),
on an interval of around 2:00 (plenty of rest).
on the 100s u should be feeling good, no pain
Depends: what suit I wear &
if these are from a dive or a push off
probably: 1:01 to 1:07
