ways to improve 500

What were your splits? Did you go out hard and die? Did you keep it pretty even? Negative split?

Do a search. Someone asked a very similar question within the last couple weeks.

lol, I agree. Anything over a 100 is stupid ;) Well, I love 200's(except fly,IM, and esp. ***) so, I gotta disagee to a point. Then again..I think anything over a 200 or under a 100 is pointless.
