i swim a 500 in 6:00 i have to go 5:40 to qualify in big meet what are some good tips

lol, I agree. Anything over a 100 is stupid ;)
Well, I love 200's(except fly,IM, and esp. ***) so, I gotta disagee to a point. Then again..I think anything over a 200 or under a 100 is pointless.
