What a great opportunity do do exercises. Every time an add comes on you can spend one to five minutes of excersise.
When I raced the marathon races and an add came on, 50 push ups, a few minutes later 50 stomach crunches, then 50 heel lifts, then 50 leg rises while laying on the floor either front or back. I think I will start this again.
As a matter of fact I did my first modified push ups already, but only 10.

Get rid of Tivo?! What a horrible thought. I love watching an hour show in about 40 to 45 minutes because it helps me to maximize my tv time. Anyways I'll do my abs while watching the show. :)
When not watching TV I have spent many hours watching this site the Eagle nesting and they just announced they are afraid the eggs are not going to hatch??? It is a slow load sometimes over a million hits a day, Just saw a report on this web site 10 million hits a day.

Just on CNN they said to lose weight, dance or do exercises during commercials and not to eat infront of the TV.
And just as they say this, they also say, "Don't go away" or "Stay with us" or, you know their usual drivel.
Just back from my Mexican jaunt of four months. I can not wait to get back to my TV adds and getting in shape for the world masters in July. Four months of hard swimming workouts and lots of TV adds to do my land exercises.
