What a great opportunity do do exercises. Every time an add comes on you can spend one to five minutes of excersise. When I raced the marathon races and an add came on, 50 push ups, a few minutes later 50 stomach crunches, then 50 heel lifts, then 50 leg rises while laying on the floor either front or back. I think I will start this again. As a matter of fact I did my first modified push ups already, but only 10. George

George you've just put an image in my head I can't shake. Abou Heif and you, racing a Marathon and the TV is in the team boat and every time commercials come on, you start this routine. :applaud:
