What a great opportunity do do exercises. Every time an add comes on you can spend one to five minutes of excersise.
When I raced the marathon races and an add came on, 50 push ups, a few minutes later 50 stomach crunches, then 50 heel lifts, then 50 leg rises while laying on the floor either front or back. I think I will start this again.
As a matter of fact I did my first modified push ups already, but only 10.

Just on CNN they said to lose weight, dance or do exercises during commercials and not to eat infront of the TV.
