Thank you all , at practice tonight im going to try working on making my kick smaller and my out sweep
Good swim,I like your timing the first length but as you get tired you have a little overlap by starting your pull before the kick is finished.
Your pullout pull looks to have the arms too straight(but it is a little hard to see.)The pull should be just like the butterfly pull except for finishing it all the way past your waist.
You regular pull you lead with your elbows and this gets worse as you tire.Work on getting more of your forearm involved in the power.
Your kick would be more efficient if it wasn't so wide. You are starting the kick by kicking out a little which means some of the force is going out instead of back.I hear some coaches who should know better say the BR kick has an out and in movement, but they are wrong. It is hard to see,but I think you are recovering the kick by bending at the hips some instead of just at the knees.
I have said a lot of corrections, but there is much more right with your stroke than wrong.Fixing a few things could lead to even greater improvements.
Keep up the good work!

I agree. This is a nice looking breaststroke and I think you have the potential to be a very good breaststroker!
One thing Allen didn't mention was your start. Tighten up the entry. Your feet smack a little and this is going to slow you down. Also you don't have as tight a streamline as you could. Make sure your hands are overlapped and you are squeezing your ears tightly. After your kick when you bring your arms forward in the pullout keep them under your body and don't lift your head early. You're looking up before you surface.

My two cents:
- your body position is excellent
- your kick is too wide, which slows down your tempo - you can only turn over as fast as your kick permits. Try to imagine a tennis ball between your knees, and focus on getting your heels up to your butt rather than your knees forward
- your outsweep is very wide. Try to get your fingertips facing down (with high elbows) a bit sooner.
- focus on keeping your elbows in front of you - don't let them get to your sides.
- your turns are slow and very shallow. Try to get your "down arm" positioned more quickly so that your "over arm" can get around quicker. Set your feet a bit deeper on the wall, and focus on the pitch of your hands in your streamline.
You have a 1:02 or faster in you.
