How can I get a hold of one of her old workouts? Just for kicks....and to say that made it through one!

Has anyone read the book Janet Evans' Total Swimming? I recently found it online, and you can read a limited preview of it on Google Books:
books.google.com/books
From what I can see, it offers a lot of tips for not only constructing workouts, but also offers some workouts that Janet did during her training years. I've adapted some of her more rigorous workouts to age-group level and I find them very effective and unique. The preview on Google Books is really quite limited though, so I recommend either purchasing a copy or seeing if your local library has a copy.
I, like Janet, was a distance swimmer and I'm about the same age as her. Some of my tougher distance sets were:
20x500
10x1500
10,000 SCY for time
5,000 LCM for time
100 x 100
All of these I've done multiple time and that doesn't include the warm up stuff or anything after it. My club coach in high school, Alex Braunfeld, was a task master. But then again, I'd never had been as good if it wasn't for him.
I'll have to post up some of my exact workouts and intervals. I have them written in log books from college.
