Lisa's Workouts - 50 workouts to get back in shape and get faster

After taking a year off after my college season was over I wanted to get back into the water. Here's what I have been doing from January 2006 - September 2006. I swim three times a week and focus on shorter distances 100/200's, Fr, Bk, and IM. Most practices allow you to push yourself very hard, while there are a few that is just an easy 3000 yards.
