Here is an exercise I have started using to strengthen the back and legs at the sametime. Anyone else come up with some new ones? How many fo you incorporate band training in your dryland?

Not sure if that will help a lot in swimming other than breaststroke pull. Legs not so much as back I M H O

I agree this is more specfic to *** stroke pull. It emphasizes the posterior delts alot more than the lats but does hit them all.
It definetly hits the hamstrings eccentrically when reaching forward and flexing the hips. This exercise really challenges the lower body when you begin to increase speed.
