swam my first ever 1hr postal this morning and was able to do 5,000. It was actually kinda fun, but I admit, I kinda got bored after the first mile. How does distance stack up for a 43yr old?

Well, what'd you get to? Did you swim it with Erwin and Kevin Everett?
I timed for Kevin, Kira timed for Jeff. I swam the second hour, and got 4650. I think Jeff got 57XX. I know he added 300+/- from last year when I timed him. Kevin did not exceed his yardage from last week. He said he could feel it. He over-trained this week, which didn't help him yesterday.
How'd you do last week?
I feel like I need to get in the pool today and swim this soreness off.
