No ... met in a smoky bar in Africa, but eventually learned that she did some age group swimming early on in life. Fortunately for me, she loves the sport and has enthusiastically supported both me and our kids in our swimming ventures.

I have been recently advised both verbally and with a single finger involved that if I don't stop swimming/running/biking/goofing/etc so much that there is a distinct chance I could meet my next wife via swimming.
Sort of met through swimming. We both swam in high school (different teams). I remembered her from swim meets because she was just over 6' and super cute. Two years after high school we met again in a college class, I asked her out, and we just celebrated 15yrs of marrige this fall.

I voted yes, but we didn't actually meet at swimming. My wife just never showed any interest in me until she saw me in a speedo.

Yep. She was on the women's team and I on the men's in college. Over the course of five years there were about 8 couples from our team that went on to get married. And now several of our kids are swimming!
