cool clip. I love how you really use your stomach muscles in the butterfly. People think that I am crazy for all the butterfly that I do!

Surprisingly, it doesn't show the freestyle using any of the thigh muscles (all the other three do).?

Fine, but what about technique? On the free is the kick timed correctly? Also, I think this swimmer could benefit from dryland exercises.
