Ah the trouble with being bored at work on a Friday before a long weekend.
So for those who know me (and those who don't), I pose a question.
At Indy next year, what will my 50 Free time be?
I just went 26.52 at Zones last weekend.
I voted 25.90 if that means anything.
Have a baby (followed by daily massages) and you should crack the 25 second mark no problem.
Or, do your upper body work and daily sprints, and the times will drop.

Regarding your yoga practice, I would suggest that you do Vinyassa rather than "Hot" yoga. IMO, it will be better for improving your flexibility.
Last week's 26.52 was at 253. Losing weight should be the number one factor in going faster. I've taken the last week off of everything but I start back up tomorrow and will try to have a much better balance of swimming, yoga, weight training and cardio.
