2008 USMS Long Course National Championships Thursday, August 14, 2008 - Sunday, August 17, 2008 at the Real Time Results Mt. Hood Community College Aquatic Center in Gresham, Oregon Heat/Psyche Sheets Results (no link yet) reading the heat sheet makes me wish I'd signed up
  • I haven't seen any LzR's. Kastaway's has them up for show but won't be selling any till after the Olympics. Everyone is buying the Blue 70's from Kastaways, and trying them. Fun Nats. Lots of good swimming.
  • A KPN WR was broken.My teammate Arlene Delmage 100 fly 1:06.42.
  • The Men's 30-34 200 fly were pretty stellar to me. One guy did a 2:18 and the second did a 2:32. I will be lucky if I can do under 2:40 next weekend. What stellar times. Thank god, I won't be out of the top ten for the 200 fly and 800 free. But, I am going to the meet next weekend and do my best. There are some fast swim at USMS Nationals.

Lots of good swimming. The Blue 70s seems just as good as the LZRs. Stovall made the Olympics in the Blue 70, I think. I just need to lose another 50 pounds before I can fit into any of these suits. Plus, the money to afford one of these suits.
