reading the heat sheet makes me wish I'd signed up
The Men's 30-34 200 fly were pretty stellar to me. One guy did a 2:18 and the second did a 2:32. I will be lucky if I can do under 2:40 next weekend. What stellar times. Thank god, I won't be out of the top ten for the 200 fly and 800 free. But, I am going to the meet next weekend and do my best. There are some fast swim at USMS Nationals.
