I see both sides of this argument. For now I'll just view it as something phenomenal occurring and wait it out. I don't think you will persuade opposing viewpoints to see it your way. Half full/Half empty, yadda, energizer bunny etc. See you in another 42 pages!

Fort have you read all the evidence, I think there are a few here that could be intouble. Do you think someone should record all of these statements before they get edited???? Sheesh. This is simply not accurate in this case. Expressing skepticism is not a false statement for defamation purposes. It's just an opinion. Moreover, Dara is a public figure. For her to sue for defamation, she would have to prove by clear and convincing evidence that a forum poster made false statements with actual malice. Very tough standard. None of that has occurred here. Get your law right. :shakeshead:

Her body reminds me of nearly every female swimmer on the Canadian swim team in 1956. There was one that was a little chubbier. Only difference is DT is prettier. Back Row L to Rt - Tommy Walker coach, Bill Slater, 400 & 1500 free, Lenora all backstoke, Sara Barber 14 year Backstroke, Helen Hunt fly and free, Bill Patrick diving, George Park - me. Front Row l to Rt - Beth Whittle fly & free, Virginia Grant free, Paul Hauch manager, Irene MacDonald diver, Gladice Priestly free and breaststroke. Man you gotta dig them hats!

So judges, juries and beliefs actually cause the crime? Or, does the person cause the crime and we have to rely on a very imperfect system that uses some concrete evidence and some opinion to convict or acquit? And I suppose O.J. didn't murder Nicole since the jury said so. I, again, assert that the crime was committed by someone no matter if I believe it was space aliens or O.J. My beliefs don't change what happened. And I readily admit that WE MAY NEVER REALLY KNOW who did it. I also admit that I have wondered if O.J. is guilty! My belief doesn't make it so!!! Uh...show me where I am sure about anything? If anything you are SURE that she didn't do anything. I'm just wondering. Jeez...this isn't that difficult. Do you think Dara has never wondered if other swimmers have doped? Sure she has. But she doesn't let it affect her precisely because she doesn't run around deciding guilt or innocence based on her beliefs! No, but the beliefs of the jury in spite of overwhelmong evidence "believed" otherwise.......
