Sheesh. This is simply not accurate in this case. Expressing skepticism is not a false statement for defamation purposes. It's just an opinion. Moreover, Dara is a public figure. For her to sue for defamation, she would have to prove by clear and convincing evidence that a forum poster made false statements with actual malice. Very tough standard.
