Fort have you read all the evidence, I think there are a few here that could be intouble. Do you think someone should record all of these statements before they get edited????
Sheesh. This is simply not accurate in this case. Expressing skepticism is not a false statement for defamation purposes. It's just an opinion. Moreover, Dara is a public figure. For her to sue for defamation, she would have to prove by clear and convincing evidence that a forum poster made false statements with actual malice. Very tough standard. None of that has occurred here. Get your law right. :shakeshead:
