This is a video of me swimming 50 free. I broke the league record in this swim at a time of 22.31. splits were 10.4 and 11.9.
Any advise on how to improve. I know the video is a little fuzzy but does anyone have any tips on what I can improve on.

congratulations, that's a nice time
how old are you?
what's your lifetime best time?
It's hard to see the fine details as you head down the pool and back
looks to me like you broke out pretty quick off your start and turn, maybe too soon. If you have a fast dolphin kick you might try taking several off the start and turn, consider going out a hair easier to get your splits closer together
you've got great speed but you had a 1.5 fade
when you compare your 2nd 25 to your first,
try to get them between 0.5 - 1.0
It also looked to me like you might have lifted your head too soon off your break out and turn,
push off
streamline,
keep your head neutral,
take your first stroke then lift your head
it also looks to me like you glided into the wall
with your left hand out instead of taking another stroke and
hitting the wall with your right hand.
keep working on your speed in training
lift weights and get strong

Not much to offer on the video. It's hard to argue with success you know.
Perhaps more conditioning could get your 2nd 25 closer to your 1st; I don't know.
Warren,
That's a nice time and I know you'd like to go sub 22 so here's a few suggestions. Oh, I couldn't download your video but these suggestions should still help.
First, as flexible as your feet are, work at stretching the foot (ankle) so it kicks better. Time your kick sets and work on quality or fast kick times.
Second, Work on your EVF! Type it like this in your search engine, "Early Vertical Forearm + swimmming, and start doing some research, little improvements may mean significant time drops.
Third, work on streamling on the start and turn. Good isn't good enough, get great at streamlining.
Fourth, work at improving your breakout time. Are you under too long, not long enough. Your coach knows, work with them.
Fifth, Get in the weight room and work your soleus (the muscle behind your calf). It's an important an often overlooked muscle that can help get you off the wall faster.
Good luck

I'm 19, that swim was last summer in the regular season of my summer leauge.
at the champs meet I lowered my time to 21.83 which is my lifetime best. I don't have a video of that race.
I don't swim in college becasue my school dosn't have a team but there is a club team and im on that. But I never really thought about swimming in college becasue I never swam on a uss club. I just swam in the summer for my neighborhood pool.
I think im going to start swimming in some masters meets soon. I want to try swimming in LCM. I think I would like it better because im awful at turns.
Great swim. A little too much splash for me. I wish I could go that fast now but ufortunatley I am just able to break 30 sec for Lc 50m.
I like to swim smooth with little very little splash. To me it looks like your shoulders are pushing water forward with each stroke.
