I keep seeing people do this and I think it's the coolest, most natural-looking thing in the whole world.
I really want to try it... is it hard to learn?

Not really that hard to learn, honestly. You'll find that it's a natural movement. And quite efficient. Give it a try and see for yourself. good luck!
actually you want to bend your knees at a certain point in the kick cycle
that's how you generate power and speed with your kick
you also want to learn how to kick with your upsweep and down sweep
ande
Some people have a hard time learning it. They try to hard. You want your body to be loose and flowing. Don't bend your knees, but don't lock them. Let them flow with the rest of your body. Your hips lead you, so keep them big.
Good Luck!
