Dolphin kick: underwater "body roll" swimming

I keep seeing people do this and I think it's the coolest, most natural-looking thing in the whole world. I really want to try it... is it hard to learn?

I know how to dolphin kick but what is the underwater "body roll"? Does this mean rotating your body as you dolphin kick?
