500 easy
8 X 75 - odds were swim / kick/ swim
evens were swim / drill / swim
3 X 200 individual medley
100 easy
3 X 200 individual medley
300 easy

Wow!! 170 beats per minute sounds like a very ambitious workout. Keeping track of heartrate is something I should do more often. I have a heart rate monitor but don't use it very often.
