Don't feel so good in what way? Have you tried other goggles or making the strap larger? Or maybe even another cap? something could be too tight on your head.
Good luck!
I've noticed that if I haven't stretched (and my large muscle groups are stiff), I tend to get (mild) headaches. The intensity seems to be correlated with the achiness.

I had the same thing happen to me and even though I was in sub 20 minute mile shape....swimming 4000 K a day I had high blood pressure and did not know I had high blood pressure. Get that checked.....

If you swim on an empty stomach, your headache and malaise may be caused by low blood sugar. Try eating a small snack about an hour (no more than two hours) before your swim. If you swim in the morning, your blood sugar is especially low. I hope you resolve this problem!

Make sure you stay hydrated and try a bowl of oatmeal about an hour and half before practice. It worked for me. Check your blood pressure too.

this happened to me last sat morning,i think its because i wasnt rested enough and also not hydrated enough(i had eaten a banana about an hour before)had a drink of coffee and only one small glass of water(when i went to the bathroom after swimming i could only do about an eggcup full so i reckon on the hydration theory)those swimming headaches really make you feel terrible also sick in the stomach....hope you drink plenty and solve this problem next time.

Make sure you stay hydrated ... !
Hydration is vital. Besides what's already been discussed here, bear in mind that the darker your urine, the more dehydrated you are. One symptom of dehydration is headache.
I swim in Colorado. We have very low humidity here (sometimes in the low single digits!). If you're working hard, you're breathing hard, and therefore you lose some amount of body water content with every breath, and in dry air that effect is multiplied. For this reason I always have a water bottle with me at the pool. In between reps, I take a sip. (A SIP! If you gulp down water in the middle of the workout you can get a stitch.) I consume the contents of a whole 32-oz Nalgene bottle during a typical 60-minute workout. (By contrast, when I went to Florida I only used up about a third of the bottle during my workout.)
So be sure to pay attention to your hydration level.

They say that if you have respiratory allergies (like pollen or dust), chlorine exacerbates the symptoms. FWIW.
