i often drink loads of tea,milk with no sugar.After a workout i can drink 4 or more cups.I know cafein is bad and have heard tea has this in it,but have also heard tea is good for you.any thoughts on the matter?i drink water and juice too.
I read somewhere that tea ( brewed from a teabag) has about 1/3 of the caffeine that the same amnt. of coffee has.
Have you tried green tea? Tastes bad, but seems to give me a little more energy. One thing it has is anti-oxidants.
i've tried china green tea but did not like it.interesting tea bags having 1/3 cafein that coffee has,ive been having decaf coffee too.my sister once gave me decaf tea and i never tasted the difference to ordinary tea.
try some of the flavored green teas... they aren't bad... covers up that bad green tea flavor. If you are just looking for the benefits of green tea, go to a health food store you can buy green tea extract in capsule form.
