What are the benefits of swimming?

I'm planning on swim classes this summer and I'd like to know how swimming will effect my body ..

  • I thought it was because when you lose all that weight you become HOT again!, and everyone want to go out with you!

    First benefit I am still around, but may not be perfect at age 81. #2 When you go in the water you will not drown.
