www.usms.org/.../swim.php Good job! And yes, that is very good splitting. :applaud:
I have to agree. I'll be swimming my LCM 400 Free on Saturday night, and I can almost guarantee that I will NOT split my 400 that well, especially in LCM.
Throw down a good time for me to shoot for by the end of the summer.
Plan to ;) ...went a 4:25 in SCM 400 Free 2 weeks ago in British Columbia. Supposedly the online converter says that's something like a 4:34 in LCM! I've only been 4:47 as a masters swimmer. We'll see what happens!

I saw you did that SCM 4:25. You're going to blow away that 4:47 LCM. The last time I was in reasonable shape (2009) I did a 5:04 500 which converts to 4:35 LCM.
Is it a gridge if I get two months (two months where work will prevent you from training) to train after your time is posted?
What time would you consider "fast" ? Nice pace to get those splits!
3:40.07
:) I'm sure that's WR time or so.
I'd be happy with 1:00 slower than that this weekend.

Sounds good. I'll post a respectable time for sure this weekend. Beat it if you can. :D
