How to keep my printed workout sheets dry?

I usually print out workouts for the week and put the paper in a clear plastic office sheet holder (3 hole punch style). The paper inevitably gets wet anyway. What do you do? Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep my printouts dry? Thanks

  • Now that I can no longer read without my glasses I copy my workouts by hand with a sharpie marker onto either paper or a giant index card. I use the "wet and stick method" to paste it onto a kickboard so I can read it easily. The paper can't be used again, but the index cards are reusable many many times. I don't like doing workouts over and over again, so reusability isn't much of a concern for me.
