How to keep my printed workout sheets dry?

I usually print out workouts for the week and put the paper in a clear plastic office sheet holder (3 hole punch style). The paper inevitably gets wet anyway. What do you do? Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep my printouts dry? Thanks

  • Print the day's workout, dampen it, then stick it to the side of the pool. After practice, toss it in the trash.

Thank you for the suggestions. I'll try the ziploc bag, maybe a freezer bag as those tend to be stronger--I don't know why I didn't think of that sooner!!
  • After practice, toss it in the trash. I think you meant to say recycle bin, not trash. :)
  • I double laminate my workouts. One of the benefits of being a teacher is that I have a laminater available right down the hall! Zip-locks work well too!
  • I laminate them too.

Definitely laminate for re-use. Worth every penny.

ZipLock Bags work fine for me.
  • I steal the large zip top Fedex packing slip envelopes. A little sturdier than grocery store ziplocs and you can expose the sticky back to tack up on a lane cone or starting block base or attach a string to hang from the block backstroke handles.
