I usually print out workouts for the week and put the paper in a clear plastic office sheet holder (3 hole punch style). The paper inevitably gets wet anyway.
What do you do? Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep my printouts dry?
Thanks
Freezer gallon zip-top (not press to seal) are great. Dry the bag out and re-use.
Also, if you print the workout, it's got to be with a laser printer, the ink jet ink pages run into a big mess. You can dry the laser print workout on a flat surface and re-use. I wet a laser printed workout and apply it to a kickboard.
