I am looking for a good workout to get my kick better in breaststroke. I currently can sprint a 50 SCY kick with a board in :43 seconds and would like to get that down much lower, hopefully to about :35 seconds. Does anyone have a good kick workout/workouts?

Where might I be able to find myself a pair of breastroke specific fins? I have yet to see them, and I certainly have yet to try them. :P
