Hey everyone im new to this forum, and really excited to find it!. I just recently joining Gold's Gym in Syracuse to start (what i thought would be) just working out. But i realized that they had a decent 3 lane pool, and so i bought another jammer. Haha orignally a tiny size 28 6 years go, i was able to find myself a size 34 haha. I have started off doing 2000-2500 yeards in a aprox. 1 hour session about 5 times a week. Needless to say ive been doing great and losing some weight. My suit is now baggy on me, so time to buy a new one haha. I have been back into the swing of things for a month and a half. My workout tomorrow

5x100 IM @ 2min
2x (25-100 Pyramids)
8x50 1-4 IM kicking 5-8 Pulling
4x100 free @2min building
200 warm down
looking to break the 2500 yard mark this week and continue this great sport again competing in masters and USS again. My career ended in Highschool unfortunately when i graduated because i wanted to do well in college. I would say i was a gifted swimmer in HS
