Looking for some short axis drills, for technique primarily and strength secondly Anybody got any? BTW, been back in the pool for a couple months, taking it REALLY slow after being laid out for over a year with a back injury. So very grateful to be back in the water

Glenn says it's effective doing 2-4 kicks. They are awesome! I also do "four point shooters" where I do 4 x (4 x 25) where the entire 25 is on the stomach, side, back, side. Absolutely! It's good to hear that we are on the same page with that one! I'll have to try the two/three kick four quarter drill! Thanks for suggesting the change in the kicks...I am curious to see how my swimmers react to that change! Guess we'll find out tonight!
