Looking for some short axis drills, for technique primarily and strength secondly

BTW, been back in the pool for a couple months, taking it REALLY slow after being laid out for over a year with a back injury. So very grateful to be back in the water :banana:

My fav dolphin kick/fly drill is one I found on the goswim website: fly spin drill. You can do it with fins, MF or without. I do 25s underwater with my MF. Push off, two dolphin kicks on stomach, two on right side, two on back, two on left side, repeat.
This is exactly what I love! I love this drill, butwe call is the "four quarter kick". We go 4 kicks on each quarter (front, side, back, side)... You can definitely see some results in the undulation as well as the efficiency of the kick!
