Looking for some short axis drills, for technique primarily and strength secondly

BTW, been back in the pool for a couple months, taking it REALLY slow after being laid out for over a year with a back injury. So very grateful to be back in the water :banana:
My fav dolphin kick/fly drill is one I found on the goswim website: fly spin drill. You can do it with fins, MF or without. I do 25s underwater with my MF. Push off, two dolphin kicks on stomach, two on right side, two on back, two on left side, repeat.
I also like the caterpillar drill (lie in a Y position, press down with chest to mimic fly undulation, very slow drill) and the nemo drill (4-5 dolphin kicks UW, 1 stroke, repeat) for fly.
