Looking for some short axis drills, for technique primarily and strength secondly

BTW, been back in the pool for a couple months, taking it REALLY slow after being laid out for over a year with a back injury. So very grateful to be back in the water :banana:

I'd be interested in short axis drills. Right now I do isolation (kick only, R arm, L arm, all together) drills plus dolphining in every position I can think of, then timing myself in full stroke over distances of up to 100 yds with variable intervals and iterations. I just make it up. Any refinements I'd be glad to hear of. :)
