Hey I'm new to this forum and have been swimming for only about 6 months. I've been swimming at my school and we have been doing some pretty cool workouts. Today wasn't so bad but it was fun. (All front crawl)
200 warmup
6x 25 with 10 sec rest
4x150 with 20 sec rest
3x150 with 15 sec rest
2x150 with 10 sec rest
150 sprint.

Thanks for posting your workout Swim25 -- I for one am always looking for any ideas I can glean from anyone here. And one more to add to my workout list is a plus.
