I have been trying out different types of turn for back/*** during IM sets. I would like to know what kind of turn yall normally use. I am still trying to figure out which one works best for me.

I still feel most comfortable sticking with my old style: one hand touch the wall, one hand over head, then kick off the wall. Just wonder what your thoughts are!

I like the flip turn personally but you have to practice it A LOT because at the beginning it is really hard to do a full pullout...without running out of air
