    Hi Justin. New coaches have been selected for 2007 and I will not be posting on this forum. If you want to pick up a couple weekly practices you can go to the web site for the club I coach at www.napervillewaves.org. I will be posting 3 - 4 weekly practices similar to what I did on this forum. Happy laps in 2007!:banana:
